The original brief from the client was to paint her house, internally and externally, and install a new kitchen.

While painting we discovered that the walls were in a bad way, so with the client’s agreement, we removed the existing plaster and installed new plaster in all 4 bedrooms, the living room, dining room and hallway. We also removed and replaced the plaster on all the ceilings.

We installed a new bathroom, laminate flooring downstairs and carpeted the stairs and all throughout the upstairs.

There was intricate painting around the existing fireplaces which was sanded down and re-painted.

The windows and front door were stripped, sanded down and repainted and the front of the house was fully painted.

We were also asked us to carry out the garden refurbishment where we installed new fencing throughout the garden, paved the area by the back door and laid new turf.
